Yes. We can supply a sample so that you can check the material, finish, structure and workmanship before you decide to place a bulk order. Tell us which model and colour you are considering, and our sales team will confirm the sample arrangement, the cost and the delivery method with you.
Our minimum order is 30 pieces per model. We manufacture a wide range of steel office furniture, so you are free to mix different models — steel cabinets, steel lockers, steel wardrobes, desks, shelving and racks — in the same container. That makes it practical to trial several product lines in one shipment.
Yes, we offer a full custom-made service. You only need to provide the technical data — dimensions, internal layout, door and lock type, and any marking or logo requirement — and we will produce to your specification. Colour matching is also available: choose any colour from the Pantone range and we will make it.
Inner packing: poly-foam and pearl-cotton are placed between each part to protect panels and edges, and one piece is packed per carton. Outer packing: standard 5-layer export corrugated carton. If you have special packing or shipping-mark requirements, tell us when you order and we will confirm what can be arranged.
We manufacture in our own factory, so we can guarantee normal delivery and the quality and quantity of the goods. Quality is checked four times during production:
- Before the plate is laid off, we check the order again and confirm the quantity and product details.
- Before printing, we assemble the product to confirm its quality.
- After printing, we assemble it again to confirm the quantity.
- Before loading, the warehouse keeper checks the packing and the order to confirm the quantity.
Through these four steps the goods are completed with both quality and quantity guaranteed. Your payment is also protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance: if there is a problem with lead time or quality, you can raise it with Alibaba, and once Alibaba has confirmed the case, the money is returned to you.
Lead time depends on the model, the order quantity, the finish and any customisation you require, so it is confirmed item by item in your quotation and proforma invoice. If you are working to a fixed date — a tender, a project handover or a seasonal promotion — tell us the target date when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable (subject to confirmation at the time of order).
Sample handling and courier costs depend on the model and on the quantity you are planning to order, and they are stated clearly in your quotation before anything is shipped, so there are no surprises. If you need samples of several models for a tender or a project evaluation, send us the full list and we will quote them together.
Loading quantity depends on the model, the size and the packing: flat-packed (knock-down) steel cabinets and steel lockers take far less space than assembled units, while desks and shelving occupy more. Because our MOQ is calculated per model, you can load several models into one 20ft or 40ft container, and we will work out a loading plan for your exact order mix so that the container space is used efficiently.
The warranty period, the claim window and the scope of cover are agreed in your sales contract or proforma invoice before production starts (subject to confirmation for each order). In practice, please inspect the goods when they arrive and report any shortage or damage with photographs and the packing list within the agreed period; we will then arrange replacement parts or compensation in line with the contract. If your order is placed through Alibaba Trade Assurance, lead-time and quality claims are additionally handled under the Trade Assurance process.
Yes. We work as an OEM partner — your brand, logo, marking and packing — and as an ODM partner, adapting our existing steel cabinet, steel locker and steel wardrobe designs to your dimensions, colours and internal layout. Design, tooling and production are handled in house, and we hold more than 80 patents covering product appearance design, utility models and structural inventions. Tooling cost and development lead time depend on the design and are quoted case by case.
